PRIVATE: TTF WEBEX TAY COHORT
Hi Tracey,
Thank you for being so flexible and working with me to find a date! I am following up to confirm your appointment with the TAY Cohort research study. As discussed, the study visit will be on Thursday, May 5th at 10:00 AM and will be held online through WebEx Video Conferencing with myself. The WebEx link for the meeting is:

Visit Overview:
When we first start the call, Laura will begin with informing you about some minor study related changes and reconsenting you into the study. After that, you will be answering a bunch of surveys on Redcap. Laura will remain online with you in the meeting to answer any questions that you might have. And hopefully, we will be done by 11AM.
