In case of a strike affecting Canada Post, the other carriers will be busier. Please place your order as early as possible. I have a local bike courier, a regular courier serving Canada and the US, and can broker orders out several other carriers.

Ooops! Missed the deadline? I can send a Gift Certificate by email as late as December 24th! The lucky recipient can order whatever they want from AnarresHealth.ca for pick up or delivery. The amount of the Gift Certificate - with a 10% Bonus! - is applied like cash to their order.

I'll try my best to have every item in stock, but I'd appreciate a week's lead time to put together your order in case I need to make your items from scratch. Rather than let you down, I'll reach out to you if making a substitution will help get your order to you on time.

Normally from mid-November until Christmas, I'll be working nearly every day of the week because of weekend holiday sales and fairs. Then I'll be away from December 25 visiting my sister until January 2!
