FORWARD THE PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS THAT I TEXT YOU. There are often typos that lead to the frustrated Uber driver troubling my neighbours!

Relay to the driver what colour the house is, and where the pick-up spot is. They will need to leave their car to pick up.

I DO NOT OFFER CARHOP SERVICES! Many Uber drivers will park around the corner and call me to come find them with the order. I am likely busy when I'm called. I've already placed your order in the pick-up box. And I find approaching strangers in cars distressing, especially after dark.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE IN THE BAG WITH YOUR NAME ON IT. Please tell the driver that they are picking up only this. Believe it or not, I have had a driver who took ALL the parcels, and another who called me back asking me about delivering the other orders.

Inviting you, or a driver, to pick up requires mutual trust. Please do your best to make driver pick-ups as seamless and simple as possible. Thanks!
