Anarres' bases are some combination of water, or hydrosol, or witch hazel distillate.
I can dissolve the essential oils in either alcohol or glycerine.
Please note that if you want a spray made by someone else to be replicated, what I make will be different because I won't know proportions, formula or species of the original.
