Each aromatherapy bracelet has a filigree cage with a reusable lava bead inside. Use any essential oil to customize the scent. The cage is made from a nickel-free alloy.

How it works - Once an essential oil has been selected, open the filigree cage and apply 1-2 drops directly onto the bead. Close the cage and fasten the clasp. The scent may last between 3-5 days depending on the intensity of oil applied. The same essential oil can be reapplied or the lava bead can be washed with gentle soap, dried thoroughly, and a new scent applied.

- Green aventurine is translucent green quartz with chrome mica inclusions. It is often mistaken for Jade. The name aventurine derives from the Italian a "ventura" meaning by chance.
As a healing stone, it was once thought to draw out the heat of fevers, inflammation and nervous system stress. Green aventurine is a popular meditation and healing stone and is said to promote tranquillity, positive attitudes, health, and well-being.

- Hematite grounds and protects us. It strengthens our connection with the earth, making us feel safe and secure. It endows us with courage, strength, endurance and vitality. A stone for the mind, Hematite stimulates concentration and focus, enhancing memory and original thought.

- Red tiger eye is a gemstone closely related to the well known gold tiger eye. In the gold variety, crocidolite is replaced by quartz while its fibrous structure is preserved. The shimmering eye-like nature, called chatoyancy, is caused by these newly created fibres. In this red variety, the colour has been created through a gentle heat treatment.
As a healing stone, in addition to the usual properties of gold tiger eye, red is thought to provide motivation and stimulation.

- Turquoise / Blue Howlite is dyed Howlite. As a healing stone, it has all the generic properties of howlite but additional properties associated with its colour. Turquoise / Blue Howlite can aid dream recall and enables the understanding of dreams. It can also assist astral travel during sleep. Howlite is a very calming stone. It is an excellent remedy for insomnia and is calming for an overactive mind meaning that it can also be used as an aid for meditation. Howlite aids patience and removes rage and anger, including any anger directed towards its owner.

- Rose quartz is a member of the largest family of stones, the silica group, and is composed of silicon dioxide with traces of titanium. It emits a calming, cooling energy which can work on all of the chakras to gently remove negativity and to reinstate the loving, gentle forces of self-love. The pink colour of rose quartz has been symbolic of love throughout the ages.

- Gold tigers eye is a gemstone in which crocidolite has been replaced by quartz, while its fibrous structure is preserved. The shimmering eye-like nature, called chatoyancy, is caused by these fibres. Found primarily in Africa and India, it is prized as a gemstone and often fashioned into rings and pendants.
