Choose the rate you can afford:
$25 for Ripple Volunteers and people with low income
$30 Full rate pays the teacher a minimum wage
$35 if you have a salaried job or a comfortable income

We aim to cover the cost + honorarium for the teacher. The teacher will earn a minimum wage if each participant pays $25 or more. All funds come from the participants.

In short, the toxins in your average insect repellent are far worse than the bites in the long run. DEET, permethrin and other common insect repellants are actually insecticides that you put directly on your skin!
