FREE Kids Yoga Classes

Dear Tracey,

When its cold outside what better way to get moving than a fun and friendly kids yoga class? This weekend we have 2 FREE classes during our Kids Yoga Teacher Training. We would love to see you there and share the gifts of yoga with your children and your children's friends. We have a big class of Teachers in Training this month, so we are looking for lots of children!

Here's the schedule:

The Paperwork for the class (Release Form) is available here or at the training, if it is your first time, please read it over and make sure all fist time attendees have a signed copy from their parent or guardian with them.

This is a very friendly class that is suitable for beginner and intermediate levels. Each class includes yoga and meditation and a beautiful relaxation at the end. Yogi Tea and cookies after class for those who wish to stay. Come out and give it a try!
