The Stop is an awesome organization offering a range of outstanding 'critical and innovative anti-poverty and anti-hunger programs', including quality events, resources, community food, gardens, classes, education/training & much more.

Tuesdays: for more affordable produce The Stop's Good Food Market happens weekly on Tuesday afternoons @ 1884 Davenport (rear entrance via Symington) (take the Symington bus from Dundas West subway station & get off @ Davenport), offering mostly local, and some organic food. It's year round - check the website for hours + to learn more about it. Monthly: "Food for Change": every month their greenhouse is turned into a five star restaurant. *They offer catering too.
