I wanted to let you know that the High Park
offering that I had announced previously
has been moved to Tuesday June 19 just in time
for the new moon and a day before
the summer solstice!! This will be a free event!
Here are the details.

The Heart of Radical Self Nourishment:
A Free Evening of Radical Self Nourishment
Practices in High Park
with Deborah A. Brodey
Tuesday June 19
7:30 - 9:00pm (Meet at Labyrinthe North of
Grenadier Restaurant)

In this evening, we will explore and play with
some of the practices that are at the heart of
nourishing ourselves, each other and the planet.
We will utilize the energies of the new moon and
the coming Summer Solstice to plant the seeds for
our nourishment and the nourishment of Mother
earth as we continue through this potent year of
2012!

This event is ideal for those of you who are
healers/ Yoga teachers/educators/leaders who want to:

*Cultivate, develop and anchor in personal
practices that facilitate self nourishment, self
love, and self compassion.

*Experience the power of Sacred Sound as one of
the medicines that nourishes and brings you home
to your centre, your power and your presence.

*Co-create ceremony that nourishes the personal
and the collective, fostering right relationship
with Mother Earth and all of our relatives.

*Restore your sense of wonderment and playfulness.
