Keith and I (Beka) will be running 5K for Matthew House again this year on October 20. We will be running to raise funds which will help provide things like safe shelter, settlement assistance and bridges into the community for refugees that arrive to Toronto at the end of their "refugee highway."

Running 5k is just one small way we are showing our support for this amazing organization.
