SERVICES: Payment Policy and other Money Matters

1. Payment is due in full on or before the treatment date.

2. Missed appointments are payable in full. If you have missed an appointment, you will be billed by PayPal and I will only be able to re book you, at my discretion, with your pre payment.

3. Appointments may be rescheduled within 24 hours notice due to illness, childcare needs or other circumstances beyond your control, at my discretion without penalty.

4. Please give 48 hours notice of a cancellation. Cancellations are accepted without penalty 2 full business days before the booked appointment. Cancellations with less than 2 full business days' notice will require a payment of 50% of the booked treatment, or may be re-booked at my discretion.

5. By booking an appointment, we agree to respect each others' time, meeting on time and finishing on time, or negotiating when this is not possible.

6. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. I see one client at a time, and need to pay attention to preparing your session for you. There are numerous cafes within a 3 minute walk on College or Dundas Street where you can stay should you arrive unexpectedly early.

7. Wholesale and consignment accounts are available to retailers only upon application with their PST Exempted Vendor Number. You must be reselling Anarres products, in person or online, to qualify.

8. I do not pay for referrals or testimonials, but I invite you to exchange services with me so that we may refer our clients to each other with confidence. Unsolicited testimonials are welcome and all postings are based on your permission.

It is Anarres' policy that each person who requires natural health care here will be treated regardless of ability to pay the standard rate. Barter offers are welcome. If you cannot afford a treatment package that you need, let's discuss your needs and means.

10% of all Anarres earnings go to a registered charity on a monthly basis. Anarres is blessed to support: InterPares, working for change among equals www.interpares.ca, the astounding social justice work of The Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan www.RAWA.org, the Ethiopian village of Nefas Mewja through CPAR www.cpar.ca, our foster brother Jose Eduardo through World Vision www.worldvision.ca, our foster sister Besse Carolina through Plan International www.fosterparentsplan.ca, Habitat for Humanity www.habitat.ca, and four families through Save A Family Plan www.safp.org .
