Anarres Natural Health Needs volunteer coverage for The New Bloor Festival!

11a to 1pm set up booth and DIY stand
1 to 3pm DIY Natural Cleaning host and staff booth
3 to 5pm DIY Natural Cleaning host and staff booth
5 to 7pm staff booth and take down

Each 2 hour shift will earn you:
~ a fun training session with goodies to take home
~ 20% commission on all sales you make from the booth
AND
~ a free DIY Natural Cleaning Party for you and 5 friends
OR
~ a $60 Gift Certificate for Anarres services.

You can sign up for 1 shift, or all of them.

Set up involves getting the stuff from College to Bloor Street
Setting up an easy up caravan tent
Unpacking and setting up the booth

Take down reverses the above process!

Staffing the booth involves showing the products people are interested in, selling them (tax included), recording the sale and collecting and recording the money, giving away brochures, cards and leaflets, and collecting email addresses of those interested in my newsletter.

Hosting the DIY Natural Cleaning involves inviting people to make a product, showing them the ingredients, helping them make it and package their sample using bottles from the recycle bin, or selling them $4 tax included bottles and canisters or $10 kits.

WHAT: The NEW Bloor Street Festival
WHEN: Saturday July 24, 2010 1-6PM
WHERE: Dufferin to Lansdowne - CAR-FREE!!!
COST: FREE!!!

Get HOT on Bloor! On Saturday July 24, 2010, Bloor Street West will be "car free" from Dufferin to Lansdowne Avenue, from 1:00pm to 9:00pm. Come celebrate local community, business, arts and culture. Rent one or more table and join the festival. Sell something, share something, teach something—use your imagination!

I'll have my solar powered Anarres Natural Health booth, and be offering DIY Natural Cleaning Product workshops by donation every hour at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm.

At 6:00 pm, you are invited to join us for for a dinner party on Bloor Street. Invite your friends and family to this one-of-a-kind experience.

Bring something NEW to the table. What would YOU like to bring? Maybe it is a NEW thing, a NEW idea, or a NEW meal. Whatever you can dream up! Make it NEW.
