Forms of Payment
I prefer cash payment.
I accept personal cheques from established clients.
I cannot accept non Canadian cheques as these incur additional charges and payment is not secured for 30 days after deposit!

If your cheque is returned NSF, you will need to replace the payment immediately with cash, plus a $25 NSF charge. I will provide you a receipt for the NSF charge and with the returned cheque as soon as it is available to me.

I accept credit cards and debit through PayPal only. For Toronto clients, I prefer that you secure your order by paying through PayPal and when you pay by cash or cheque, I will refund you the PayPal payment in full.

Taxes for Products and Workshops
Taxes of 13% HST will be added for all Ontario clients.
Tax of 5% GST will be added for all Canadian clients outside of Ontario.
Tax will not be applied to orders for non Canadian clients.
Sales at some events are tax included - the 13% HST is still paid by me. Prices for products may be adjusted accordingly.

Sliding Scale and Payment Plans
In order for you to get the health services you need, I offer a sliding scale and individualized payment plans based on your need. Please contact me to negotiate my accessible health services.

Payments for services are not exchangeable for products as there are very different costs.

Retailers: Wholesale and Consignment Accounts
Please provide proof of business registration to open a Wholesale or Consignment account.

Items not made by me (Anarres) are not generally available at wholesale or consignment prices. Wholesale prices are 50% of the listed price for Anarres products: 80-100% of the listed prices for retail items (please inquire). Consignment prices are 75% of listed prices. Unpaid balances will be converted to consignment rates after 30 days.

A deposit of 50% of the value of the order is required upon placing an order for $100 or more.
Minimum quantities:
10 per size/format for jarred or bottled products
4 packages of 10 incense of a type, or 10+ packages
Samples are available in 4-5ml vials/jars for $3, otherwise regular wholesale pricing applies
no minimums apply to essential oils

Wholesale orders must be primarily items for resale. Items for personal use must be incidental to the order.

Retailers (except for cooperatives) must match or exceed the prices posted on www.anarreshealth.ca .
