In this beginner session, you will learn the fundamentals of hoopdance that will allow you to build a solid foundation for hooping. You’ll learn beautiful moves on your waist and off-body, improve your balance, and learn how to dance with the hoop! All the while, you’ll be sculpting and toning your entire body, improving your posture and blasting calories! Each class will begin with a warm up and end with a guided cool down. During the class, we will explore a few new tricks and fun ways to put them together. Taught at a slow and steady pace, we will take time to learn, play and rock out. Bring lots of water, we will get sweaty!
No dance or hoop experience required.
