DESCRIPTION
Cloves are the flower bud of an evergreen tree found primarily in Indonesia, India, Pakistan and East Africa.
Ground cloves are used as a spice in food and beverages and provides a sweet and spicy element. Not only can it be used as flavouring, it is also high in antioxidants, is anti-bacterial and may promote oral hygiene, regulate diabetes, relieve stomach issues, headaches and enhance bone and liver health.
