How To Use These DIY Shower Steamers

Place a dried DIY shower steamer disc in the shower (in the far end of the shower stall or bathtub – away from the direct water stream). You can put a few drops of water on the shower steamer disc to get the aromatherapy going, but avoid direct water contact from the shower as it will melt away too fast. Breathe in the scent of the essential oil and enjoy!

Place in a bowl of very hot water, lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to enjoy an aromatherapy facial steam. Take care not to irritate your eyes!
