ABOUT BACOPA AKA BRAHMI AKA WATERHYSSOP

Bacopa monnieri is used in Ayurvedic traditional medicine to improve memory and for various other ailments.[9] Systematic reviews of preliminary research found that Bacopa monnieri may improve cognition, specifically memory and learning,[9][10] ... after several weeks of use.[11]

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
The most commonly reported adverse effects of Bacopa monnieri in humans are nausea, increased intestinal motility, and gastrointestinal upset.[9] If you experience these side effects, talk to your prescribing practitioner about cutting your dosage in half.
