Nourishing Herbal Infusion for Long COVID

Lemon Balm

Stinging Nettle

Red Clover

Oatstraw

Especially read up on the oatstraw!

This blend, in roughly equal portions, is antiviral, energizing, antidepressant, neuro-supportive, nourishing, hormone balancing, and reduces inflammation (cytokines especially that are associated with Long COVID.

Best taken in the morning but will help improve your sleep.

Directions
Put a handful of the dried herb or blend into a 1-litre glass jar.
Pour over 1 litre of boiling water.
Stir to wet the dried herb.
Seal the jar firmly with a lid.
Leave it to infuse for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pour through a fine strainer into a glass bottle.

Drink it any way you like! Hot tea, cold tea, on ice, with milk, in a smoothie... anyway! Want more? Pour more boiling water over the used herbs same day for a lighter tea.
