French Clay – Mineral Grey is a 100% natural mineral product, mechanically extracted, without a chemical process. It is crushed, oven-dried, and sorted using an innovative and sophisticated process. Inherent of the high content of minerals and trace elements, this clay is mainly composed of Illite, Quartz, and Kaolin and is free of crystalline silica.

Appearance: Grey-colored fine powder.

Benefits: French Clay – Mineral Grey acts as a purifying and conditioning agent. Naturally enriched with minerals and trace elements to absorb and helps to removes impurities from the skin while providing gentle exfoliation. When prepared as a mask, the clay dries on the skin causing pores to tighten and the skin starts to feel firm, toned, and refreshed. French Clay – Mineral Grey can be used to formulate masks, mud baths, and skin care products to promote relaxation of the body and a sense of well-being. It is ideal for all skin types.

Application: French Clay – Mineral Grey can be used in body wraps, soap making, face masks, mineral-based or cream-based cleansers, face or body scrubs, cosmetics, and facial powders.

Directions for Use: 5-100% in skin-care products, 1 T. / 15ml per lb. / 500g of soap.

Simple Face Mask Recipe: Mix equal parts of French Clay – Mineral Grey and water (or try Floral water or Aloe Vera juice for its toning and clarifying benefits) to form a paste and apply to the skin. Leave for about 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.
