In the next Kids Yoga Teacher Training we will be covering yoga for tweens and teens so we've added a new Tween/Teen Yoga Class, can you help us spread the news?
The theme of the weekend is: Branching Out, with a focus on moving out into the world as a family or as teens gaining more independence while still being grounded in family values. Here are some pictures of the last Branching Out Kids Camp with our playful yoga activities.

Please reply to reserve a spot. Space is limited. Include the names and current ages of those who can attend. Spots will be reserved based on date of your reservation so let us know if you can come asap. Here are the details:
Saturday May 28,1:30 - 2:30 pm - Family Yoga (all Ages)
Sunday May 29, 1 - 2 pm: Kids Yoga Class (ages 5 - 12)
Sunday May 29, 2:30 - 3:30 pm: Tween/Teen Yoga (Ages 10+)
Where: Dovercourt House
805 Dovercourt Ave. ( north of Bloor St., East of Dufferin and West of Ossington)
Cost: Free because it is part of our Teacher Training, however we request permission to take pictures during the class for teacher training and promotion purposes. Here is a link to the Release Form for full details.
Priority will be given to those who are preregistered if the class is full.
Bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
