Free Kids Yoga classes this weekend at Dovercourt House in Toronto. Here are the Free Class times:

Sat. Oct. 15, 1:30 - 2:30 pm
- Family Yoga (all Ages)

Sun. Oct. 16, 2:30-3:30 pm
- Kids Yoga Class (ages 5 - 12)

Sun. Oct. 16, 4-5 pm
- Tween/Teen Yoga (Ages 10+)

Where: Dovercourt House, 805 Dovercourt Ave.(north of Bloor St., East of Dufferin and West of Ossington)

Cost: Free because it is part of our Teacher Training

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
