Vegetable glycerine USP 99.9% - NOT glycerin from petroleum - is well known for its soothing properties. It is a protectant that helps to soothe sore gums and mouth irritations. It also helps to balance and maintain moisture levels and is safely used in a wide variety of personal care products and food. Some manufacturers substitute a cheap and sometimes toxic ingredient, called DEG (diethylene glycol). Anarres Natural Health has a clean Certificate of Analysis for all ingredients used.

Hamamelis aka Witch Hazel is used in dental practice as a sedative or anodyne application, to heal infections and mucous membranes, mouth wounds and to reduce pain and increase healing time.

Directions:
Step 1: Loosen plaque and other particles by brushing and flossing your teeth before rinsing with mouthwash.

Step 2: Sip a small amount of mouthwash into your mouth. Vigorously swish the mouthwash around in your mouth with your lips closed and your teeth apart.

Step 3: Force the mouthwash into all corners of your mouth. Continue swishing for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Spit out all of the mouthwash.

Step 5: Rinse your mouth with water, if you prefer.

Step 6: Wait 30 minutes after rinsing before eating or drinking anything for maximum benefit.
