Dear Tracey,

Our first year as a co-op has been fantastic thanks to our pioneering members and exciting solar projects. You are cordially invited to attend SolarShare's first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 21st. The Board of Directors will update you on all aspects of the co-operative's business, your investment, the projects and new opportunities. You may also vote for the board nominees to represent your interests this coming year. There are two director positions open and as a member you are eligible for nomination. Your participation as a member-investor has been integral to our success and we look forward to your participation at the AGM to discuss our future and to celebrate our tremendous accomplishments this past year.

The AGM and celebration will begin at 7 p.m. on June 21st - the Summer Solstice and the longest day of the year! If you would like to submit a nomination for a board position, please complete the attached form and submit it to julie@trec.on.ca by June 14, 2012.
