Move over spa – I'm learning a few tricks of my own!
Smell, feel, touch and learn about naturally detoxifying ingredients and how to make fresh, chemical-free products for yourself and your family.
Tracey TieF will guide you through the process of making your ideas take shape:
~ stimulating sea salt and sugar scrubs,
~ magnificent massage oils,
~ bodaceous bath salts,
~ fantastic face masks and
~ intriguing infused oils.
You'll come away with absolutely original, and useful, detoxifying goodies you've made for yourself, or to give as a gift, and skills that can serve you for a lifetime at a fraction of the cost of a spa habit.
Please bring your clean repurposed (not new!) jars to take home samples of the goodies we'll make.
I'm Tracey TieF a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and Anarres Natural Health is my wholistic health practice in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
My passion is teaching people how to make wholesome health and beauty products from natural ingredients and traditional medicines. I've been deeply touched by cancer. My mother, the late Gai Thomas, an award winning occupational health nurse, struggled with cancers for 40 years. I make all-natural products for www.RaindanceCosmetics.ca, www.Eco-Gear.ca and the breast cancer survivor store My Left Breast in Peterborough, among others.
