Welcome! Pour yourself some tea, pull up a chair and join Elizabeth Redmond as we delve into the intriguing world of aromatherapy and explore its uses in labour and the postpartum. This presentation is a culmination and celebration of Elizabeth’s work as she moves from an aromatherapy apprentice into a certified professional.

This evening will be fun, informative and appropriate for both, birth professionals such as doulas, doctors, nurses, midwives, massage therapists etc… as well as pregnant or postpartum people and plant medicine enthusiasts.

There will be refreshments, a presentation, Q & A, and some time to mix and mingle afterward.

Elizabeth is a Midwife and Registered Massage Therapist, offering body work and Doula services with the Oona team. Some of her additional training includes The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, postnatal fitness, and more. She is also a seasoned caregiver and loves helping to take care of newborn babies!

Elizabeth believes that all aspects of our lives contribute to our health. She favour simple, pleasurable, effective methods with the goal of empowerment, optimal health and education in mind.
