This year, we are experimenting with building the Shabbaton program around a theme, and we’re thrilled to share that our theme will be all about Singing and Music! This weekend will be a celebration of song and the joy that music brings to our lives. You absolutely do not have to be a
musician or singer to attend; all are welcome!

My proposed workshop:
Plant Spirit Medicine - Singing Creation and Connection
ALL ages.
We will explore together the plants on the land, talk about what plant spirit medicine is, with poems and stories from Canaanite-Hebrew-Israelite-Jewish histories. Each participant will be invited to spend 10 minutes with a specific plant, and allow a sound or a song to be inspired by the plant and in honour of the plant's gifts. We will then circle up to share and appreciate each other's sound-songs.
